TRACK-HD is a multi-centre, multi-national prospective, observational biomarker study of premanifest and early stage HD with no experimental treatment.

It will be used to examine the sensitivity of individual and combined clinical and biological outcome measures for tracking progression of HD.

The goal is to develop the much-needed methodology to undertake future clinical trials of disease-modifying agents in this group of HD patients.

Objective

• Find out what combination of measures is the most sensitive for detecting change over the natural course of HD, with a view to validating these measures for use in future therapeutic trials
